I really wanted to write about the different types of leadership as well as talk about the most persuasive types of language that we use both for project and team management as well as to better convince a group of people or users.
Before looking at the different types of leadership, we will see that the result of this can either lead to positive leadership , motivating and improving the performance of a department or a brand, or negative leadership , which, contrary to the previous example, causes stress, disunity and less involvement in the project and therefore negatively affects the results obtained.

What is Leadership?
It is an ability that a person develops to know how to influence and promote the best skills of a work team.

• Charismatic leadership

• Traditional leadership

• Legitimate leadership
We could think of “legitimate leader” and “illegitimate leader”. The first is the person who acquires power through procedures authorized by legal norms, while the illegitimate leader is the one who acquires his authority through the use of illegality. The illegitimate leader cannot even be considered a leader, since one of the characteristics of leadership is precisely the ability to convene and convince, so “leadership through force” is nothing other than the lack of it.
